Summer Food Service Program

We are excited to share that the Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center will be offering a Summer Food Service Program with two different meal options for children ages 1–18:

• Grab-and-Go Meal Bags – Families pick up a weekly meal bag containing 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and a gallon of milk at one of our distribution locations.

• Home Delivered Meal Boxes – Families in approved zip codes can register to receive a weekly shelf-stable meal box delivered directly to their home through Amazon.

Please note: The Home Delivered Meal Box option is available only in approved delivery zip codes through the Amazon pilot program. Families outside of the approved zip codes are still eligible to receive Grab-and-Go Meal Bags at any of our distribution locations.

They are also actively looking for volunteers throughout the summer. This is a great opportunity for students needing community service hours for graduation, clubs, scholarships, or other service requirements. Volunteers assist with packing meal bags, distribution, and supporting summer meal operations.
