As superintendent of Genoa Area Local Schools, I am pleased you are interested in enrolling your children at Genoa Schools.
We offer all-day kindergarten, post secondary education and are reviewing the possibility of offering on-line classes. We follow all Ohio High School Athletic and school policies.

School Fee Information
08 - 09 FEES
- Elementary - $70.00
- Middle School - $70.00
- High School - $70.00 plus electives/activity fees (Click Here)
08 - 09 LUNCH PRICES
- K - 5 - $2.25
- 6 - 12 - $2.50
- Adult - $3.25
- Milk - $0.40 (*subject to market fluctuations)
- Elementary Lunch Tickets - $11.25 (5 tickets)
**Lunch Tickets may be purchased for Elementary Students
the first day of every week at the school. Tickets are sold
in multiples of five.
07 - 08 Pay to Participate
The Genoa Area Local Schools are implementing a Pay to Participate program for the purpose of reducing the cost to the General Fund of operating co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
The Pay to Participate Fee shall apply to all co-curricular and extra curricular activities where the participant competes or performs and where there is a co/extra curricular contract issued to a coach/advisor.
Fee Structure
- Grade(s) 7 -12 $75.00 per activity per season
- Individual maximum fee not to exceed: (grades 7-12) $ 225.00
- High School Band participants will pay a $40 activity fee. This fee will be collected with student Fees. This amount is not included in the calculation of the above individual maximum fee.
Fees may be paid by mail by sending them to 2810 Genoa-Clay Center Road, Genoa, Ohio 43430.
You may also pay fees with a credit card at any building or by calling 419-855-7741 and asking for the Treasurer's Office. You may also print the form and mail it to the Board of Education.
Fees may also be paid and forms turned in during the following scheduled times and locations:
