This section of our web site is intended to allow you to smoothly follow a process that will navigate through the enrollment process. We have created this as a "Flow Chart" to minimize errors and lost paperwork.

All of the forms you will need to fill out can be completed online and printed to your local printer. Each form will open in a new window so you won't lose your place along the path. When you get to a form you are required to complete, simply enter all of the information asked for each child and print them to your printer. Once the form is complete, close the window and move onto the next step.
